Kerri Fry, president

As Redhawk Network Security’s first staff member, Kerri Fry has worked her way from the ground up to become a key asset for the company. Her focus on intimate customer service, dynamic employee culture, consistent personnel development, and steady financial growth has helped Redhawk find a competitive edge in the cybersecurity industry. Kerri’s background in operations, business processes and finance gives her the perspective to see the needs of today while planning for future growth.

From her point of view, Redhawk is about creating a culture for human potential, and her staff deserve all the credit for making it a success. Kerri has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University. Her heart for orphan care and her eye for detail have benefited the board of Otino Waa Children’s Village. Co-leading two trips to Uganda helped to confirm a love of adventure and community, both at home and abroad. Additionally, she serves on the steering committee for Technology Alliance of Oregon’s Bend: STEAM community. You might also find Kerri volunteering in other forms around the community or camping and hiking with her husband and son.


Tyler Hardison, Director of Solutions & Innovation

As Director of Solutions and Innovation at Redhawk Network Security, Tyler Hardison is responsible for developing solutions for clients with the Solutions Architect team. He is also responsible for leading Redhawk’s innovation and developing new service solutions. Tyler is also responsible for leading the development team on the CyberSecurity Portal. Tyler is a 12-year veteran of technology management in the financial services industry. Rising from helpdesk to become CIO of a $3 billion Credit Union in California, Tyler has been at the forefront of the regulatory changes and the tools necessary to keep up. Tyler has a CISSP and is a PCI Qualified Security Assessor. Tyler enjoys volunteering in various community organizations.


Jim Wherry, Senior Security Analyst

As Redhawk Network Security’s Senior Security Analyst, Jim Wherry is the brains behind Redhawk’s collaborative security minded approach to network security, IT Security Audits, and Assessments in a diverse set of client organizations including financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical, government agencies, merchant and service providers, critical infrastructure providers, and manufacturing fields. With more than 13 years of experience in the cybersecurity arena, Jim’s approach to cybersecurity is focused on strategic and tactical planning in order to achieve long-term stability through Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and sustainable security policy development. Jim not only conducts IT Security Audits and Assessments, but also provides expert guidance and practical assistance in incident response, malware eradication, vulnerability management, and managed security services. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Security Systems from the American Military University. He also is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. (CISSP), a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and a Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCI QSA). He has regulatory compliance experience in PCI, HIPAAA, NIST, FISMA, CJIS, and SOX.



As information security analyst for Redhawk Network Security, Ivan Dominguez leads the charge to help organizations secure their  sensitive information and increase trust in their digital platforms. Ivan brings hands-on cybersecurity value, technical expertise, and regulatory compliance experience. Ivan’s background includes incident response management, including complete documentation, post-action analysis, and network forensics. 

His background and experience span telecommunications and network security, security platform development, incident response, operations security, and cryptography. Ivan’s security certifications include CISSP and GPEN—Certified by SANS for Penetration Testing.  He has extensive hands-on knowledge of NIST 800-37 and other NIST standards, SANS 20 Implementation and Auditing, FFIEC and NCUA regulations and Cyber Security Assessment Tools. 

Ivan is knowledgeable about security threats and how to mitigate them, conducting vulnerability and penetration testing, managing vendor relationships, and designing and implementing security solutions. As a security engineer, Ivan has built and managed cybersecurity educational programs and created and managed cybersecurity controls and assets. Prior to Redhawk, Ivan was cybersecurity specialist at a credit union, where he created incident response plans and disaster recovery testing plans, and managed social engineering testing, including phishing tests. At Symantec, Ivan managed and helped implement Symantec’s full suite of email and web filtering solutions for Fortune 500 customers. Ivan received his B.S. in Information Security and Assurance, information technology, security from Capella University. 



In her role as Implementation Officer, Toni Overton provides project leadership and vision, while fostering collaboration and communication between Redhawk Network Security engineering and client teams. As the primary client contact, she manages, organizes, and coordinates all client projects. Toni is passionate about solving problems and embraces the value of true partnership as security and technology advisor. With a foot in technical and a foot in management, Toni can offer a unique insight for clients. As a former CIO with over 20 years of IT leadership and background in the financial industry, Toni has a consistent track record of increasing efficiencies, productivity, strategic planning, and execution. Before joining Redhawk, Toni was formerly a Redhawk client for more than 15 years, which has helped her understand and address real customer needs. Previously, Toni led her own consulting practice, where she performed IT audits and security consulting. Toni maintains a CISA and CRISC and is a graduate of the Northwest Banking School and the Center for Creative Leadership. She serves as the Chapter President for the Eugene Society for Information Management (SIM). SIM has a STEM program that educates middle and high school students about careers in science, technology, engineering and math. By highlighting her successes in this field, Toni empowers and encourages young women in her hometown. Toni enjoys spending time with her family, her animals including a miniature donkey named Abe, hiking, camping, skiing and discovering Oregon’s many natural treasures.  



shanelle Allen, Strategic client relations engineer

As Redhawk Network Security’s Strategic Client Relations Engineer, Shanelle Allen’s role is to work as a client-dedicated strategist. She works in an advisory capacity to provide insight on how to leverage Redhawk or other security technologies and solutions in areas including security practices, compliance initiatives, equipment procurement, lifecycle management, and network and managed services. She works closely with clients to bridge the gap between clients, solutions architecture, vendors, and service delivery roll out. From Shanelle’s perspective, she is the “Professor of Client Happiness”—a customer advocate who works toward fostering relationships between Redhawk and its clients, vendors, and partners. When it comes to relationships and strategizing, Shanelle’s philosophy is to listen. She focuses on listening, understanding, and uncovering where customers may have challenges, technology pains or frustrations, or security concerns. With a strong business backing and financial mindset, Shanelle is an asset in helping customers expand and grow their security practices. Shanelle has experience working with organizations in both public and private sectors, as well as non-profit. Her knowledge and experience working with many industry types, together with her hunger to stay current on new and emerging technologies, best practices, and industry initiatives makes her a valuable resource for helping clients build their IT and security roadmaps. Shanelle holds a accounting and business management and is a member of Women in STEAM.


Mike Hall, Senior network engineer, ccnp, ccnp-Security

As senior network manager for Redhawk Network Security, Mike Hall leads the networking efforts with clients, including network design, network planning, and network management. His extensive knowledge of networking techniques and design come into play every day: firewalls, routers, switches, disaster recovery planning, wireless, VPN configuration, virtual routing and forwarding. Mike brings more than 20 years of security and networking experience to Redhawk, as well as CCNP and CCNP-Security certifications. His breadth of knowledge and expertise is critical in today’s threat-filled business world and helpful to clients, especially those in highly regulated industries including healthcare and banking. Prior to Redhawk, Mike worked at Cerium Networks as a senior network wireless consultant, where he led wireless design, installation, and surveying for numerous hospitals and other healthcare facilities in and around Portland and the greater Northwest. As a senior consultant at ConvergeOne, Mike designed and implemented data center and security migrations projects for customers in the financial and public sector. Mike’s experience also includes senior network engineering at Oregon Community Health Information Network’s (OCHIN) and Umpqua Bank. He has also managed network consulting projects for Fortune 1000 companies including Xerox, Nike, and Hewlett Packard.

As Redhawk Network Security’s senior relationship manager, Cynthia Aceves leads customer relations efforts and manages day-to-day business and partner relationships. Her close attention to customer service and customer care is apparent in everything she does. With a deep background in financial services, Cynthia understands what financial organizations struggle with and can offer support and guidance. With 20 years of experience, Cynthia is well skilled in building and fostering client relationships, existing partnerships, and new partnerships. She has a successful track record in account development, contract management negotiations, conflict resolution, and all incoming and outgoing communications. Cynthia is highly motivated and enthusiastic, with an eagerness to provide the highest quality of customer service to all. Cynthia is committed to growing and expanding Redhawk’s business, in the financial industry and beyond. Prior to joining Redhawk, Cynthia held business development and customer service manager positions at Diebold Nixdorf, AIMCO, and Iron Mountain. Cynthia received her MBA, Business Administration and MHA, Health Care Administration. at Marylhurst University.
